Marta is a Spanish organizational consultant and entrepreneur with over fifteen years of international experience, currently based in Barcelona.
In recent years — while studying a two-year Master’s in Music Business Management & Entrepreneurship at IMB School and continuing her role as a Senior Manager in a global consulting firm — she has built hands-on experience in the music industry as Partnership Director at IMB Festival, producer for a boutique promoter, and manager for PALLADIAN.
Marta is the CEO and Founder of [RE]FRAMED, where she blends strategic expertise with creative vision to deliver immersive, soul-stirring live music experiences that spark real human connection.

Paco is a Spanish photographer and director of photography with two decades of experience across cinema, music, and performing arts, currently based in Barcelona.
He has developed a widely recognized visual style, collaborating with leading cultural institutions and brands such as Sony Music, Gran Teatre del Liceu, Orquestra Simfònica del Vallès, and major festivals like Primavera Sound and Sónar.
With a strong international footprint, his work has been featured in films, documentaries, and television programs screened across global platforms and festivals. Paco is the founder of PIG-Studio and brings a cinematic and emotionally resonant perspective to [RE]FRAMED’s visual identity.

Tamara is a Communication and Sustainable Design Creative Director with over 15 years of experience, currently based in London.
Her work focuses on communication within the built environment, with projects spanning Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific. She is passionate about place-making through design—creating impactful exhibitions, branded environments, wayfinding and signage systems.
With deep expertise in sustainability and accessibility, Tamara will bring a holistic perspective to every project, helping to elevate the music experience while reducing the environmental footprint of each show.
